제11조 (감리업무의 중도해약) ⓛ "갑"과 "을"은 다음 각 호의 경우 계약을 해지할 수 있다. 다만, 30일 이전에 계약해제, 해지의사를 문서로 통보하여야 하며, 그 기일이 경과한 후 계약의 해제, 해지의 효력이 발생한다.
